This invitation was printed from the original hand calligraphy in gold thermography on embossed cardstock, along with the response card. The placecards were hand-done in black ink.
This invitation was lettered in Copperplate script,
printed, and mailed as scrolls.

This is an invitation that I designed
for my son's upcoming rehearsal dinner.
I used 100-pound slate gray cardstock
to print the invitation
from the
calligraphed original.
Then I used a sheet of translucent vellum
with sprinkles of metallic confetti
overlaying the card (the wording is
easily visible through the
vellum)
At the top I punched two holes and threaded
and looped an organza,
white satin,
and silver-threaded ribbon to
attach the vellum layer to the card.
This is a birth announcement that I designed. Color copies were made from the original.
This was done with lavender cardstock,
vellum, and gauze ribbons in
the wedding colors.
