Please e-mail me for information and estimates for custom designs and with personalization information.
I am very flexible and willing to customize your order to suit your special requests.
I accept payment by personal check, money order, or through PayPal for credit card, debit card,
or bank draft payment (use the PayPal order button by each product). For credit or debit card payment for custom orders, you may pay through PayPal to my email address, sharon@heartstringsdesigns.com
Shipping for most items is $8.00...Prices for shipping items such as boxes of envelopes for addressing are price individually. International orders are priced individually as well; please contact me by email.
Texas residents must add 6.75% sales tax to the price of your purchase(s).

Exception: For invitation addressing, I require payment before I ship the envelopes back to you.
I will email you when I receive your payment and to verify that I have received it.
I must have your payment in hand before I begin your order. It is my policy to hold your check or money order until you receive delivery and approve the work.
I do guarantee your satisfaction. Your satisfaction is my reward!
Normally, please allow 3-6 weeks for completion of your order. I ship via
United States Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance unless you request shipping by UPS or FedEx.
Rush orders are available; please e-mail me to see what my schedule will allow. I will do everything I can to get your order to you when you need it!
